用途與特點(diǎn)：
平模造粒機(jī)采用直導(dǎo)傳動形式，在摩擦力的作用下使壓輥?zhàn)赞D(zhuǎn)，粉狀物料在壓輥的擠壓下從模具孔中擠出，經(jīng)過甩料盤將成品柱狀顆粒送出（柱狀顆粒長度可以通過調(diào)整切刀控制長度，同時也可將圓柱顆粒拋圓整形為圓球形顆粒）。平模造粒機(jī)主要是應(yīng)用于生物有機(jī)肥柱狀顆粒的生產(chǎn)，養(yǎng)殖業(yè)飼料顆粒的加工，具有耗電少、無振動、產(chǎn)量大、噪音低等特點(diǎn)?？蓮V泛用于肥料、飼料、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖等領(lǐng)域。

Use and Features: 
The Flat Die Granulator Machine uses the straight guide transmission form, which makes the roller self-rotating under the action of friction force. The powder material is extruded from the hole of the mould press by the roller, and the cylindrical pellets come out through the disc (The cylindrical pellets length can be controlled by the cutter. Meanwhile, the cylindrical pellets can be polishing into round shape granules). The Flat Die Granulator is mainly used in the production of bio organic fertilizer pellet making, and the processing of feed pellets in breeding industry.
