滾筒篩分機
用途與特點：
滾筒篩分機主要由電機、減速機、滾筒裝置、機架、密封蓋、進出料口組成，是有機肥復(fù)混肥生產(chǎn)中的常用設(shè)備。其工作原理是根據(jù)不同的分級要求，將物料從細到粗分為1-4節(jié)，根據(jù)物料的粒徑大小來控制成品與返料的分選，分選精度高，效率高。同時對物料的適應(yīng)能力強，粘性、濕度大、臟、雜等各種性質(zhì)的物料都能篩分，進料方式多樣化，即人工方式和機械傳動，能實現(xiàn)規(guī)?；a(chǎn)。中心篩網(wǎng)根據(jù)不同物料采用尼龍，不銹鋼，錳鋼等篩網(wǎng)，篩孔不易堵塞，篩分效率高，使用壽命長。回轉(zhuǎn)篩速度低，運行平穩(wěn)，噪聲小。篩分筒可密封，易于密閉收塵。

Use and Features:
The drum screening machine mainly consists of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet. It is a common equipment in the production of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. The working principle is that the material is divided into 1-4 sections from fine to coarse according to different classification requirements, and the separation of finished products and return material is controlled according to the size of the material, the precision and efficiency are high. At the same time, it has strong adaptability to materials, and can be screened for various properties such as viscosity, humidity, dirt and impurities, the feeding way is diversified, that is, the artificial way and the mechanical transmission, can realize the scale production. The central sieve is made of nylon, stainless steel and manganese steel according to different materials. The sieve hole is not easy to plug, the screening efficiency is high and the service life is long. The speed of the rotary screen is low, the operation is smooth and the noise is small. The sieving cylinder is sealed, easy to close and collect dust.

結(jié)構(gòu)簡述
該機可分為三大部分：
1.機架部分：該機機架均采用優(yōu)碳鋼板、槽鋼焊接而成，并通過了嚴格的工藝要求，已達到本機所使用的目的；
2.傳動篩分部分：該部分均采用組合式篩網(wǎng)，其由傳動輪通過聯(lián)軸器傳至主軸，該篩網(wǎng)安裝與焊接在主軸的滾籠上。物料從進料端進入，在滾籠不斷回轉(zhuǎn)、分級，從下方出料口均勻流出，其有效地將成品與返料分離，從而提高工作效率；
3.傳動聯(lián)接部分：電動機帶動皮帶輪、三角帶、減速機傳動，使主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)工作，其中傳動減速機與主機工作部分，均采用軸銷式聯(lián)接器相齒合傳遞驅(qū)動，方便組裝與維修。
